Starting in  early 2005, I personally saw the need for a more nutritious dog food. Based on the death of my own dog, Cheyenne. Who ultimately died from chemical poisoning over a period of  her life from eating a  commercially based brand dog food.  It was then in 2006, I formed the corporation Miss Autumn’s Barquery, that I found the need to specialize in nutritional dog food. Including dogs with special needs such as allergies, cancer, cardiac, cushings, diabetic, liver, renal, and pancreatitis. During my studies in veterinary medicine I specialized in formulating dietary combinations that meet the needs of dogs with illnesses. Based on my findings working with diseased dogs the need is also there to help prevent illness in healthy dogs and give them a good healthy diet for longevity of life. Our food is made with organic ingredients and has the approval of the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO), and we follow Dr. Olga Padilla-Zakour of Cornell University in preparations of making our dog food.  Also we have the support of leading veterinarians in our local area such as  Dr. Bruce Koening.  Another supporter of this product is Dr. Laurie Kidd with Kidd farms.
